In May 2022, the GCC Board of Directors began the Strategic Planning process to develop a plan and measurable goals for the next three years beginning in January 2023. Elements of the planning process included:

• GCC Member Round Tables - May Member Luncheon - 23 Members attended.
• GCC Member Survey – May - 10 Members Responded
• GCC Board SWOT Analysis – 6 respondents
• GCC Board Goal Setting – December Board Retreat - 10 participants
• GCC Committee Strategy Planning – January '23 Committee Meetings - 11 participants
• GCC Board Approval of Goals and Strategies – February '23 Board Meeting - 10 participants

The GCC Board voted on an overall three year plan and action steps to be determined yearly.
